By creating an account or using BibleReading (the "Service"), provided by Aptree Learning LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

• Eligibility: You must be a parent or legal guardian to create an account and set up profiles for children.
• License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer the app, scrape content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

3. AI-Generated Content

• Visuals: The images in this app are generated by Artificial Intelligence. While we use strict filters to ensure age-appropriateness, these images are for illustrative and educational purposes only.
• Accuracy: Our AI pronunciation coach is a learning tool. While we strive for high accuracy, we do not guarantee that every phonetic assessment is 100% correct.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Premium features are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to provide valid payment information through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s store settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled according to the policies of the respective app stores (Apple or Google).

5. Intellectual Property

All original text, branding, and software code are the exclusive property of Aptree Learning LLC. Bible stories used within the app are either in the public domain or licensed for use. You may not redistribute or sell the content found within the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

BibleReading is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptree Learning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page or via in-app notification.
